Questions
Why one price per workspace instead of per seat?
Flipper only works if it can see how your team actually works. Charging per person would price the exact thing the product needs — you would be paying us to make your own brain worse by leaving people out. One workspace, one price, everybody in.
What is the included allowance, really?
It is a ceiling on the AI work Flipper does on your behalf — reading your sources, turning them into facts, and answering your agents' questions. We publish it in tokens because that is what we are actually billed in, and in plain English because nobody budgets in tokens. Most teams stay well under it.
What happens if we reach it?
Flipper keeps recording your work — nothing is turned away and nothing is lost. What pauses is turning it into facts, and that queued work runs by itself the moment the month resets or you move up a plan. Everything already in your brain keeps answering throughout. On a paid plan, connecting your own API key removes the ceiling entirely.
What does bringing my own key change?
On any paid plan, your workspace runs every AI call on your own Anthropic or Google account, so you pay your provider directly at cost and Flipper stops metering you altogether. The plan price does not change — you are paying us for the brain, not for the tokens. The trial runs on our key and stays inside its included allowance, so what you try is what everyone on the plan gets.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The workspace stops ingesting new work and stays readable, so the memory you built over the month is still there when you decide.
Can we move between plans?
Yes, in either direction. Moving up raises the allowance immediately. Moving down keeps everything you have already learned; only the features above your new plan stop being available.
