It is a ceiling on the AI work Flipper does on your behalf — reading your sources, turning them into facts, and answering your agents' questions. We publish it in tokens because that is what we are actually billed in, and in plain English because nobody budgets in tokens.

Flipper keeps recording your work — nothing is turned away and nothing is lost. What pauses is turning it into facts, and that queued work runs by itself the moment your month resets or you move up a plan. On a paid plan the month runs from the day you subscribed rather than from the 1st; the Free trial has one allowance for its 30 days, so there it is moving up that starts the queue again. Everything already in your brain keeps answering throughout, and connecting your own API key removes the ceiling entirely.

Everyone in a workspace sees what its tools share with the team, on every plan. Sensitive topics stay with owners, admins and whoever connected the source; email stays with the person whose inbox it came from, and one line reaches the team only when they press Share with team; and anything marked private stays with its author. A connected agent sees what the person who connected it sees. Check the source and access shown for a specific answer before relying on it; the newer database-level tenant boundary is being introduced in stages.

On any paid plan, your workspace runs its model calls on your own Anthropic or Google account, so you pay your provider directly at cost and Flipper stops metering you altogether — embeddings stay on our account, free. The plan price does not change — you are paying us for the brain, not for the tokens. The trial runs on our key and stays inside its included allowance, so what you try is what everyone on the plan gets.

Nothing is deleted. The workspace stops ingesting new work and stays readable, so the memory you built over the month is still there when you decide.

Moving up raises the allowance immediately. Moving down keeps everything you have already learned; only the features above your new plan stop being available.
