Quotas & limits

Quotas are monthly and reset on the first. Crossing one degrades the brain; it never fails a whole workspace closed.

Approaching
An alert appears on Home and in the workspace overview. Nothing changes functionally.

Crossed
Ingestion and synthesis pause. Retrieval continues on a reduced budget, shared across the app, search_memory and the ChatGPT connector.

Reset or upgrade
The counter resets on the first of the month. Upgrading clears the throttle immediately rather than at the next reset.
