Detection, upload & approval

Approval is a human act with an audience attached. That is the whole governance story for playbooks.

  1. 1
    Detected or uploaded

A detected playbook shows its evidence count — the facts it was distilled from. An uploaded one shows who uploaded it and the filename.

  2. 2
    Reviewed

Read the steps, edit the draft if the wording is off, then approve or reject. Editing is draft-only; an approved playbook is changed by superseding it.

  3. 3
    Given an audience

Approving also picks who it serves: the whole workspace, or a narrower set. This is why approval lives on the detail page and not as a button in the list.

The playbook document and its approval decision are one card.
