Audit log
The audit log records what happened, who did it, and which source it touched. Filters and sorts run in SQL across the whole log, not just the page you are looking at.
What is recorded
Fact writes, corrections, forgets and sensitivity changes.
Agent tool calls, with the workspace and grant that made them.
Admin actions: invites, role changes, merges, playbook approvals, workspace settings.
Group allocations — every item an admin files from the ungrouped queue, and which group it went to.
Connector attempts and their upstream errors.
Reading it
Filter by category, actor, source or window. Rows expand to show the detail payload. Paging is keyset on time, so the ordering is stable while new events arrive.
