Quickstart
Signing up drops you into a six-step wizard. Each step is reversible and you can leave and come back — nothing is lost.
The six steps
- 1Workspace
Name the workspace and pick your region. One workspace per person on sign-up; teammates join yours by invite.
- 2Interview
A short conversation about what your company does. Answers seed the company profile so early answers are not generic — the same six questions are re-answerable any time from Settings → Company profile.
- 3Connect
Pick your sources. Gmail is per-person; every other connector is a shared workspace connection an owner or admin sets up once.
- 4Review
Flipper shows the first facts it extracted. Correct anything wrong here — corrections teach the graph, not just the row.
- 5Install
Connect your AI client. The installer writes the config with a real minted token, or you paste the snippet yourself.
- 6Pilot
Pick the team that goes first, and invite the people who should share the brain — an invite minted here lands them in the pilot group on join.

What happens in the background
The first sync reaches back 24 hours, never a full-history backfill, so the brain fills gradually rather than in one expensive burst. Slack polls every 5 minutes, Notion every 10, Google sources every 15 — and Slack can be upgraded to sub-minute with the Events API.
Verify it worked
Ask your agent something with a knowable answer: “What does Flipper know about the payments project?” If it answers with facts and cites sources, the loop is closed. If it answers generically, the client is not actually connected — see Troubleshooting.
