Getting started

Your first week

Coverage is not instant and it is not supposed to be. Here is the shape of a normal first week.

Days one to two

Entities appear before facts get useful. Expect duplicate people (“Sam” and “Sam Okafor”) — merge them in Identity and the whole graph repoints. Expect a few wrong extractions; correct them rather than deleting.

Days three to five

Decisions start landing on Home under What changed since you looked. This is the point where agent answers get noticeably specific. Watch the coverage pill in the sidebar — it scores sources connected, people identified, and recency.

End of week one

Playbooks begin to surface for review. Approve the ones that match how you actually work; reject the rest — a rejected playbook is never served to an agent at any setting.

Coverage climbs as sources connect and identities resolve.
