Gmail, Drive & Calendar
The Google connectors are OAuth pop-ups with read-only scopes. Gmail is per-person; Drive and Calendar are shared workspace connections.
Gmail
Each member connects their own mailbox, and what Flipper AI learns from it is visible only to that member — owners and admins cannot read it. A fact also stated in a shared source, such as a public Slack channel, is team-visible through that source. The names and addresses of the people, companies, projects and topics an email mentions join the workspace's shared directory, like names from any source; the email itself does not. Disconnecting stops ingestion; it does not remove facts already learned — use forget for that.
Google Drive
Flipper AI reads documents the connecting account can already open, extracting text from Google Docs and from .docx, .xlsx and .pptx files. What it keeps is the facts extracted and the short encrypted quote each came from — never the document itself, unless a self-hosted deployment turns on object storage, which also keeps short episodes' text, encrypted.
Google Calendar
Events, attendees and descriptions. Calendar is what makes “who is in the Thursday review” answerable — and it is the source most teams forget to connect.
