Gmail, Drive & Calendar
The Google connectors are OAuth pop-ups with read-only scopes. Gmail is per-person; Drive and Calendar are shared workspace connections.
Gmail
Each member connects their own mailbox, and facts extracted from it stay subject to the same sensitivity rules as any other source. Disconnecting stops ingestion; it does not remove facts already learned — use forget for that.
Google Drive
Flipper reads documents the connecting account can already open, extracting text from Google Docs and from .docx, .xlsx and .pptx files. Binary contents are never stored beyond the extracted text and the encrypted episode.
Google Calendar
Events, attendees and descriptions. Calendar is what makes “who is in the Thursday review” answerable — and it is the source most teams forget to connect.
