When a source stops syncing
A connector in error state shows the reason on its card and on Home under Stuck. Most failures are one of four things.
SymptomUsual cause
Healthy, zero factsNothing shared with the integration (Notion), or the app is not in any channel (Slack).
Auth errorToken revoked upstream, or the person who connected it lost access. Reconnect.
Rate limitedUpstream throttling. Flipper backs off and retries; no action needed.
Facts stop, sync continuesSynthesis is failing — an exhausted budget or a rejected provider key stops extraction while ingestion continues.
